Install / Uninstall Autodesk Steel Connections for Revit

Check system requirements for the add-on and run the installer from your Autodesk Account.

The Autodesk Steel Connections for Revit add-on is available for subscription users.

• The add-on installation requires a 64-bit version of Windows.
• The Autodesk Steel Connections for Revit add-on is only compliant with Autodesk Revit 2017.
• The Autodesk Steel Connections for Revit installation routine uses the Autodesk Setup installer.

Note: Steel Connections is only available in the following languages:

• US English

• French

• German

• Polish

For any other Revit installation language, the Steel Connections default language will be US English.

Install

Run the Autodesk Steel Connections for Revit installer to install the add-on. After the installation is complete, you may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the add-on. When the add-on is installed, you have access to use the 22 available connections:

Uninstall

To uninstall the Autodesk Steel Connections for Revit add-on, close the Autodesk product if you are running it and uninstall the add-on from 'Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features' (Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1/10) or Add/Remove Programs, just as you would uninstall any other application from your system.
