When creating a Revit deployment, you can specify additional files to include with the software installation.
For example, you can do the following:
Before creating a deployment, prepare the files to add. Place them in a location that can be accessed from the computer where you are creating the deployment.
When creating a deployment, specify these files in the Additional Files section of the Create Deployment > Configure <deployment name> page of the Revit installer. See Create a Custom Revit Deployment.
To add files to a deployment
The selected folder is the target destination for the file to be added.
To add a new folder, navigate to its target destination within the installation directory, select that folder, and click Add Folder. Enter a name for the folder.
To add a drive, click Add Drive. For example, you can add a network share that is commonly available to users. Enter a name for the drive.
If needed, use the Remove button to remove a file, folder, or drive that you added.
Repeat these steps for each file to add to the deployment.
