The software calculates the permittivity constant (permittivity of free space, or permittivity in a vacuum). It uses a default value of 8.85419E-12 (ampere*sec)/(V*m), converted to the units set in the model. This value can be checked in the summary file. Keep in mind that 1 coulomb equals 1 ampere*second.
