To Insert One Line

You can insert a circuit one line schematic diagram in either model or paper space.

  1. Click Home tab > Annotation panel > Insert One Line.
  2. Select the features for which to insert one line.
  3. Specify the first corner point.

Or select the option "annotationOffset" to define the annotations' positions relative to the features in one line diagram, by specifying the offset X and offset Y values. The annotation for a line feature will be located at the midpoint of the line plus the offset values, and the annotation for a point feature will be located at the insertion point of the block plus the offset values.

  4. Specify another corner point.

The one line diagram will fit into the window formed by the two corner points. Note that only line features are scaled by the window size, not blocks and annotations.

Here's an alternative workflow:

  1. Click Home tab > Annotation panel > Insert One Line.
  2. Select the features for which to insert one line.
  3. Enter B to choose Basepoint option.
  4. Specify the base point.
  5. Specify the insertion point to insert a one line diagram with scale of 1:1.

Or enter S to specify a scale factor for it.
