To Share Configuration

Share your design environment and standards by saving a collection of configuration files that includes annotation, blocks, materials, styles, and a drawing template.

To Save a Configuration

1. Open the drawing or drawing template with the configuration you want to share.
2. Click Configuration tabSetup panelShareSave Configuration.
3. Specify the zip file location and name and then click Save.

   If you are working in a drawing template file, the template and all supporting files are zipped. If you are working in a drawing file, the configuration of the current drawing is zipped. This includes the template and other supporting files listed under Supporting File Locations in AUDOPTIONS.

To Use a Shared Configuration

1. Click Configuration tabSetup panelShareGet Configuration.
2. Locate the configuration zip file and then click Open.

   The Get Configuration dialog box shows the configuration name and file locations. If any configuration folders already exist in these locations, you are prompted to keep or overwrite them. You can also specify alternative locations.

3. Click Load.
