IIS Filter Check

Checks for the presence of ISAPI filters.

ISAPI filters installed by other vendors sometimes interfere with the Autodesk Vault Server. Disable any filters that interfere with the server. Before you turn them off, check with the filter provider to verify why they are there.

Windows Server 2012 and 2012 R2

1. Go to Start and Administrative Tools.
2. Double-click Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
3. In the Internet Information Services dialog box, expand local computer ► Sites and click Default Website.
   
4. Double-click ISAPI Filter .
5. Right click the filter which is causing the error and select Remove.
   

Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10

1. Go to Control Panel and click System and Security.
2. Click Administrative Tools .
3. From Administrative Tools, double-click Internet Information Services.
4. In the Internet Information Services dialog box, expand local computer ► Sites and click Default Website.
   
5. Double-click ISAPI Filter .
6. Right click the filter which is causing the error and select Remove.
