Settings Legend Properties Legend Properties tab.
Show Legend Box
To have a contour of your model displayed, but do not need to see the legend box containing the corresponding numbers for the colors, you can deactivate this check box.
Position section
Relative to Window
You can specify any of the four corners of the display area to place the legend box.
User-Specified Position
If you activate this check box, the Specify Position button will become available. When you press the Specify Position button, you will be able to click anywhere in the display area to place the legend box.
Appearance section
Tick Marks
In this field you can specify how many divisions you want to have in the legend box. The tick marks will be evenly spaced between the maximum and minimum values. The corresponding numbers will be placed next to each tick mark.
Precision
In this field you can specify how many digits you want the numbers in this field to contain. This is the total number of digits on both sides of the decimal point.
Border
If you want a border to appear around the legend box, activate this option. You will then be able to specify the color of the border by pressing the color box to the right.
Background
If you want the legend box to have a colored background, activate this option. You will then be able to specify the color of the background by pressing the color box to the right. You can control the transparency of the background using the Transparency field.
Transparency
If you have activated the Background check box, you can control the transparency of the background with this field. You can enter a value between 0 and 100. A 0 will allow nothing to appear behind the legend box. A 100 will make the background invisible.
Font
You can use this button to change the font properties of the text in the legend box. It will access a standard Windows font dialog.
Hide Title and Labels
When the Hide Title and Labels option is activated, the title of the result (such as Displacement Z Component) and numerical values that appear in the legend box are not shown. Only the color scale is shown.
