Below centerline — Enable this option to make the tool work on the negative X side of the spindle centerline.Part catcher is available for Cutoff features.
Plunge rough edge break — If there is a chamfer or radius on a Cutoff feature and Plunge rough edge break is enabled, the Cutoff groove is plunged down to the depth of the chamfer/radius and the chamfer/radius is plunge-roughed.
Transfer — You must select Transfer to sub spindle on the Dimensions tab to access the options in this section:
Already Supported — Enable this option to indicate that the part is already supported.
Push/Press — Select this option to use Push/Press for the spindle position.
Open dwell — Optionally enter the time, in seconds, to dwell after opening the spindle.
Close dwell — Optionally enter the time, in seconds, to dwell after closing the spindle.
Spindle Action — Select what you want the main and sub-spindles to do during synchronization:
Main Angle — Enter the angle that you want the main spindle to rotate to before the part is collected.
Sub Angle — Enter the angle that you want the sub-spindle to rotate to before it moves to collect the part.
Spindle Speed — Enter the spindle speed.
Sub-spindle feed rate — Enter the subspindle feed rate.
Transfer tool post — If your machine has multiple tool posts, select the correct transfer tool post.
Tool post control — Click the button to open the Transfer Tool Post Control dialog.
