Thread tool selection

The default selected tool for turning has:

• Lathe - Thread tool type.
• The insert must have a TPI range that contains the pitch of the required thread.
• The proper orientation for the type of cut. See turn roughing, semi-finishing and finishing, face roughing, or backface roughing for more information.

Note: Currently tip radius, tool length, and insert grade are not taken into account.
