Trims and combines a set of surfaces or meshes that completely enclose a volume to create a 3D solid.


The volume enclosed by the surfaces must not have any gaps, and the surfaces must have G0 continuity, which means that they have continuous intersections.

With meshes, the operation smooths the enclosing meshes using the setting of the SMOOTHMESHCONVERT system variable.

Note: The SURFSCULPT command also works with 3D solids when the selected objects share part of a common surface.
