To Set the Default Location for the Browse the Web Dialog
Click
Tools
menu
Options
.
On the Files tab, click the plus sign next to Help and Miscellaneous File Names.
Select the Default Internet Location option. Click Browse.
In the Select a File dialog box, do one of the following:
Enter the URL to an Internet location. Click Open.
Click Search the Web and enter the Internet address in the Look In box.
Click OK.
