To Save a Referenced File to a New Location or Name (AutoCAD Mechanical)

Structure tab

Structure Catalog

Find
Click the Current Drawing tab.
In the File References section, right-click the referenced file. A menu is displayed.
Select Save Copy As. A File Save dialog box is displayed.
Select the location to save the file as and in the file name box type a file name.
Click Save. A copy of the reference file is created and all references are redirected to the new file.
