To Set the Mechanical Browser Defaults (AutoCAD Mechanical)

1. At the Command prompt, enter AMOPTIONS.
2. In the Options dialog box, select the AM:Structure tab.
3. To set the New and Insert right-click menus to trigger the dialog box versions of the commands:
   1. In the Browser right-click menu for creation list, select Use dialog box (AMSNEW).
   2. In the Browser right-click menu for insertion list, select Use dialog box (AMSNEW).

   To set the New and Insert right-click menus to trigger the command line versions of the commands:

   1. In the Browser Create list, select Use command line (AMSCREATE).
   2. In the Browser Insert list, select Use command line (AMSINSERT).
4. Click OK until all dialog boxes close.
