To Define a Scale Area With Text Scaling (AutoCAD Mechanical)

1. Click View tabViewports panelViewport/Scale Area. Find
2. Click two points (1 and 2) to define the border of the scale area.
3. In the Scale Area dialog box, in the Scale box, specify the scale factor.
4. Select Text scaling .
5. Select Perform Rescaling
6. Click OK.
7. Select the objects to rescale (3)
8. Press ENTER.
