To Connect to an External Library or a Catalog (AutoCAD Mechanical)

1. Click Insert tabBlock panel Library. Find
2. In the Library dialog box, select the main Library folder, and then right-click.
3. From the shortcut menu, choose Connect.
4. In the Open dialog box, select an external library, or a catalog (all files of the type .cfg).
5. Choose Open.

Note:

• The existing library disappears from the current view.
• To convert a Genius 12 library, use AMCVTLIB12.
