The Windows panel is used to adjust how multiple models are displayed.
The elements of the Windows panel are described below.
- Switch
- Click Switch and select the required model from the list that appears. This model is brought to the front of the display and is made the active model.
- New
- Click
New and a copy of the active window will be added. Any modifications to the model, such as adding or moving an injection location, is reflected in both instances of the model. Orientation of the part within the window remains independent and so this feature is useful when examining, for example, how a modification to an injection location will impact on several critical areas within the part. -
Tip: To view the effect of alternate modifications, re-import the part and any modifications will apply to only that instance of the model.
- Cascade
- Click
Cascade and the open models are arranged with a uniform window size with the title bar displayed. - Tile Horizontally and Tile Vertically
- Click
Tile Horizontally or 
Tile Vertically. The graphic pane evenly displays all open windows.
