Factory Design Utilities AutoCAD to Inventor Batch Sync Tool

Synchronize your AutoCAD layouts to Inventor to ensure that the Inventor layouts are up-to-date.

With the Factory Design Utilities AutoCAD to Inventor Batch Sync Tool, you can automatically sync your AutoCAD layout to Inventor. You can sync a single DWG file or multiple DWG files to Inventor.

To sync your AutoCAD 2D to Inventor 3D

1. Go to Factory Design Utilities 2017 2D Drawings Batch Sync Tool.
2. Download the BatchSync zip file and extract it to the folder of your choice.
3. Run the BatchSync.exe from the command prompt and specify a single DWG file, or a folder name on the command line.

The Autodesk Inventor Task Scheduler or Windows Task Scheduler can also perform this task. To learn more about the Inventor Task Scheduler, refer to About Task Scheduler in Inventor's Help system.
