Wash

Use the Wash brush to apply a transparent wash of the current colour to the image. Use the Shade medium to darken or lighten the image.

To apply a wash to the image:

1. From the Paint Mode box, select Wash (Ctrl+6).
2. Set the current colour.
3. Wash the image away.

Useful Paint settings:

• Opacity: Sets the transparency of the wash.
• Blending: Sets the blending mode.
