This message means that a datum reference frame (DRF) is not referenced by any geometric tolerances. An unreferenced DRF can cause confusion for downstream consumers of the model.
When you are finished adding tolerance annotations to the model it is good practice to delete unreferenced datum reference frames. To remove a DRF from the model, right-click the DRF in the browser and select Delete from the context menu.
