Pack/Holding Control Profile Settings dialog

To access this dialog, make sure you have selected Multiple-Barrel Thermoplastics Injection Molding as the molding process. Click (Boundary Conditions tab > Multiple Barrel panel > Set Locations), click Edit, then click Edit profile associated with Pack/holding control.

Dialog widget	Explanation
%Filling pressure vs time	Enter a packing profile to describe the pressure applied to the cavity during the packing phase of the injection molding process. Click on each box in turn to enter the time (duration) and percentage filling pressure values.
Import Profile	To help speed up data entry and minimize errors that might occur during manual data entry, you can now import tabulated data from *.csv files.
Plot Profile	Check the profile by clicking the Plot Profile button.
