To use the Auto Repair tool

The Auto Repair tool enables you to adjust overlapping or intersecting elements and improve the aspect ratio of elements, to produce a more robust mesh.

  1. Click Auto Repair (Mesh tab > Mesh Repair panel > Auto Repair).
  2. Click Apply Autodesk Moldflow Insight processes the mesh and lists the number of repaired Intersecting elements and Overlapping elements on the model.
