Explanation

The Perform core shift analysis option in the Thermoplastic injection molding solver parameters (3D) dialog has not been activated.

Resolution

Click Analysis > Process Settings Wizard and navigate to the Process Settings Wizard - Fill + Pack Settings page. Click Advanced options, then click the Edit button associated with Solver parameters . Select the Core Shift tab and activate Perform core shift analysis.
