Explanation

The Simulate gravity effect option in the Solver Parameters dialog has not been activated.

Resolution

Click Analysis > Process Settings Wizard, click Advanced options, then click the Edit button associated with Solver parameters. Select the Fill + Pack Analysis tab, click Solver parameters associated with Solver setup, and make sure that Simulate gravity effect is activated. If necessary click Edit gravity direction and enter the gravity direction.
