Please correct this problem, and run the analysis again.

Explanation

You can switch to press force control using various triggers including:

• From the start of compression
• Only when the press force reaches compression force cap
• By % nodes filled
• By time
• By press force

This analysis uses By press force as the trigger, but the specified force is outside of the acceptable values.

Resolution

Check, and edit, the press force value for the switch over, then re-run the analysis.

1. Click (Home tab > Molding Process Setup panel > Process Settings) to open the Process Settings Wizard.
2. Click Next until you reach the Compression Settings page.
3. Below the table, check the Switch to press force control entry.
   • If by press force is correct, confirm the force (tonne) is correct. Valid entries are between 0 and 7000 tonnes.
   • If by press force is incorrect, select a different switch trigger from the drop-down options and enter an appropriate value.
4. Click Finish to close the dialog.
5. Click Start Analysis to run the analysis again.
