The threshold for Aspect Ratio diagnostics has been changed from 6 to 20.
When repairing surface mesh, it is recommended to fix triangles with an aspect ratio greater than 20. Cool solver warning messages that may result are best addressed with the Closeness diagnostic. In these cases, it is the proximity of adjacent triangle centroids that will impact the cool result, and not the aspect ratio of the triangles.
