Autodesk SimStudio Tools has been enhanced with updated licensing, and many raised issues resolved. In addition, a new functionality, Assemble, has been added.
The Assemble functionality enables you to position parts in an assembly relative to each other, by adding Joints between them. The Joints can also create degrees of freedom and contact sets between the parts, to enable motion studies. Although the Joints and degrees of freedom don't transfer to Moldflow products, the positions of the parts are retained when the model is transferred to the Moldflow product.
