To Load the Machine Workspace

Adds a branded and preconfigured platform to project tree and the associated settings to the context area

1. Click Prepare > Load Machine Workspace .
   Tip: You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+W.
2. Find the machine of choice. Use the filters to narrow the listed machines by criteria:
   • Manufacturer
   • Text string

   The search by text string checks all text available for a machine, be it name, manufacturer, or description.

3. Select the desired machine with a click.
4. Click OK.

Tips:

• If you frequently use the same machine, you can right-click the selected workspace and choose Add to favorite to have the workspace appear at the top of the list.
• You can load the same machine model multiple times to manage several print preparation jobs in the same project.
