AcBrBrepShellTraverser::AcBrBrepShellTraverser ()	Default constructor. Instantiates an uninitialized object. The function isNull() will return kTrue on an object created this way. To set an AcBrShellTraverser, call setBrep() and/or setShell() using valid, previously instantiated brep and shell objects.
AcBrBrepShellTraverser::AcBrBrepShellTraverser (AcBrBrepShellTraverser&)	Copy constructor. Instantiates an object initialized to the same contents as the src object.
