To Sync Changes with your Collaboration Project

Saving or closing your drawing will sync it with the project by default (this can be changed in settings). To manually sync your current/active drawing changes, use the Check In ribbon button.

  1. With your Collaboration project open, click the Collaboration tab Check In .

    The Check In dialog is displayed.

  2. If you want to check in the changes to your drawing and keep it open for further changes, select Keep files open for editing after check out.
  3. If you want to remove your locally cached files, select Cleanup cached files.
  4. Type any comments you want associated with this version of the file in the Comments to include with this version section.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Note: To sync changes from more than one drawing, select a node in the Project Manager, right-click and click Check In. All the items in the tree in that location go through the check in process.
