Create a project in Revit and enter project-specific information.
| Create the project. | Use a project template provided by your CAD/BIM manager, or use a default template. | |
| Specify project information. | Enter the client name, project name, number, and address. | |
| Define positioning. | To provide context for the model, specify the geographic location and define True North, the survey point, and the project base point. | |
| Create construction phases. | By default, Revit defines an Existing phase and a New phase. It also indicates the demolition of existing construction. If you need additional project phases, create them. |
