Workflow: Solar Studies

Use solar studies to evaluate the impact of natural light and shadows on the project.

1. Create a project.
2. Specify the geographic location of the project.
3. Create a 2D or 3D view that supports the display of shadows. See Create Views for Solar Studies.
4. Turn on shadows.
5. Create the desired type of solar study.
6. Save the solar study results.
7. Export the solar study results.
