Insert Schedule Views from Another Project

Use a previously saved view from another project to avoid recreating a schedule view.

1. Click Insert tabImport panelInsert from File drop-down Insert Views from File.
2. Select a Revit LT project that contains the views to insert, and click Open.
   Note: You cannot insert schedule views from Revit files into Revit LT projects.

   The Insert Views dialog lists the views that were saved with the project.

3. Select the views to display from the list.
4. Check the views you would like to insert, and click OK.

A new schedule view is created in the Project Browser with all the saved formatting of the original schedule, and all the parameter fields that may have been customized for that schedule.
