To specify the press open distance (Injection-compression molding only)

The press open distance is an option for an Injection-compression molding analyses, only.

  1. Click Process Settings (Home tab > Molding Process Setup panel > Process Settings).
  2. Click Next to advance to the Compression Settings page.
  3. Enter a value in the Press open distance box.
  4. When you have completed all of the compression settings, click Finish.
