Dispensing controller dialog

Use this dialog to define the dispensing control nodes, start and end, for dynamic dispensing in Underfill Encapsulation. Assign properties to the start node and give it a unique name. Create another controller for the end node and give it another unique name.

To access this dialog, click (Boundary Conditions tab > Dispensing panel > Set Controller), then click New, or Edit.

Dialog elements

Widget	Explanation
Start node or end node of the pass	Start node Designate one injection location, at one end of the dispensing path, as the start node. Edit the properties of the start node to allow multiple passes. End node Designate the injection location at the other end of the dispensing path as the end node.
Dispensing controller - Name	This name relates to the controller you are editing. Each time you change the properties of these nodes, create a unique name and save it. Consider appending start, or end to the controller name to help you identify them.
