The
Spring Constraint command is used to apply a spring constraint at the selected location(s). Springs may be used to simulate discrete elastic supports. You are required to specify the stiffness of each individual spring. The values and units for stiffness are derived from force/length.
Note: The constraints are applied in the global coordinate system unless a local coordinate system has been defined and is active .
