An edited mesh might accidentally result in a surface node being merged onto the opposite face of the model. This is called a collapsed surface, and must be repaired.
To access this dialog click

Next until you reach the
Collapsed faces page.
This diagnostic is supported for the following mesh types:

| Dialog element | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Diagnostics | Tells you the result of the scan for collapsed faces. Collapsed faces must be fixed as they impact the accuracy of your result. |
| Show diagnostics | Select this option to locate the collapsed faces on the model. |
| Fix | Fixes the collapsed faces automatically, if possible. |
| Close | Closes the Mesh Repair Wizard without making any changes. |
| Finish | Fixes all the errors and summarizes the changes in the summary page. Click Close to close the dialog, with all the changes saved. |
