Assign all the model properties required for an analysis. Every aspect of the model, including all part surfaces, needs to be specified for the analysis to run. Only properties relevant to the model area selected are available.
To access the dialog select the required elements and then click
().
Note: The model section that you want to assign properties to should already be selected.
Dialog elements
| Dialog element | Explanation |

| 1 Dimensional / Triangular / Tetrahedral Element | Lists all the elements of the model included in the selection. |
| Select | Select a model property from the database to assign to the selected element(s).
Click Select, select the property type, select the required *.udb file, and click OK to all open dialogs. |
| New | Create a new property to assign to the selected element(s).
Click New and select the required property. Specify the property and click OK to all open dialogs. |
| Edit | Modify the selected model property.
Click on the required property so it is highlighted, and click Edit. |
