Hot runner dialog is used to specify the geometric and thermal properties of the hot runner.

- The specified insulating properties are used to calculate the heat loss. The insulating layer conductance and the air gap can be defined in the dialog accessed from the
Edit insulation button.

- The properties of the heater element are used.
