Merge Tolerance |
The higher the merge tolerance, the greater the contact area will be. The default value is based on the global edge length internally. Enter a value that reflects the actual contact area between two components that are touching. |
Show Contact Interfaces |
When you click this button, the contact interface will be calculated according to the Merge Tolerance you have entered. You should study the result, shown in red, to determine whether this is a good representation of the actual contact between two components. |
Apply |
When you click this button, the contact area that has been calculated according to the merge tolerance you have entered, will be stitched. Click Close to close the dialog. |
