Click (Mesh tab > Mesh Diagnostics panel > Zero Area) to open the Zero Area Elements Diagnostic pane.
Set a minimum edge length in the input parameters as the tolerance for the diagnostic to identify elements with an area less than the equivalent area.
Set the Options appropriately.
Use the checkboxes to display or hide the mesh/model, to place the results in a diagnostic layer, and to restrict the display to visible entities only.
Click Show to display any problems, visually.
Use appropriate tools in the Mesh > Mesh Repair panel to fix the elements. For example, depending on the specific problem, Global Merge, Merge Nodes, Move Nodes, or Remesh Area may help.
