Supports Availability per Subscription Tier Reference

There are different ways to create support in Netfabb, some of which are limited to certain subscription tiers.

*) Not all machine workspaces allow creation of supports, those which do may have only a limited feature set, and not all machine workspaces are available at all tiers.
