A Netfabb project includes all currently loaded generic platforms, parts, and their attached modules, such as support structures, loaded Machine Workspaces, materials in use, and much more.
Warning: When you create or load a new project, the current one will be closed and you will not be prompted to save your project.
Create a Project
Click
File > 
New Project.
Open a Project
If you use Open Project to open other file types, such as parts, slice files, and CAD files, these files and any files associated with them are added to the current project.
- Click
File >
Open Project.
- Browse to and select the file you want to open.
To Save a Project
To save the state of the currently loaded project, click
File > 
Save Project.
To save it under a new name,
File > 
Save Project as ....
Export a Project to STL
- Click
File >
Export Project to STL.
- Browse to a folder and enter a file name to export to.
The project and all its parts are saved as one STL file.
