How to generate a heatmap overlay on parts to visualize distances between their surfaces
This requires at least two parts. The meshes cannot belong to the same part.
- Select the part to be used as reference.
- From the main menu, choose
Analyze >
Compare two meshes.
- In the appearing dialog, select another part from the Comparison drop-down menu.
- Click Compare.
Tip: Use the
Compare Direction drop-down menu and the
Switch button to make adjustments to the comparison order.
