About Fillet and Hook References

You can snap rebar or a rebar set in the specific positions within a fillet or hook.

By snapping to fillet and hook references you can avoid interferences and collisions with other rebar.

Placing a rebar or rebar set in the Stirrup/Tie rebar

Click one of the following references:

• For fillets - the references are placed at points of tangency and at the mid-point of the fillet arc.

  Example of references for 90 degree fillet:

• For hooks - the references are placed at the point of tangency with the rebar segment, at the point of tangency with the hook extension and at cardinal points between them.

  Example of references for 135 degree hook:

Note: After modifying properties of rebar or reinforced elements snapping to the references is preserved and adjusted to modified settings.
