The Actions Panel lets you see everything that is assigned to copy, reuse, exclude, replace, edit, or be removed. You can also perform a quick copy, reuse, or exclude action assignment by dragging files onto the button for that action.
Important: This topic is intended for Vault Workgroup and Vault Professional users. Vault Basic users should see Copy Design (Vault Basic).
View by Action
- Select the Actions
panel and click the Action button to see only files assigned that action.
View the current list of files assigned an action.
Perform a Quick Action Assignment
- Assign files for copy, exclude, or reuse by dragging and dropping the files onto the action button.
The Action column updates with the new action assignment.
