You can download PowerInspect security fixes from your Autodesk Account, or download and install PowerInspect security fixes automatically with the Autodesk desktop app.

Applying security fixes

After applying a security fix, the product build in the About dialog displays the update version and build number of the latest security fix you have installed.

Uninstall this security fix

Windows 7 / Windows 10

  1. Click Start and then type Control Panel.
  2. Click Programs and Features.
  3. In the left pane in the Programs and Features window, click View Installed Updates.
  4. Find the appropriate security fix in the list of updates, and then click Uninstall.
Note: Uninstalling a security fix silently reverts the PowerInspect install to the previous update level. In the event the uninstall process does not fully restore to a previously installed update level, the required updates should be manually reinstalled as needed.
