To find out which service packs have been applied to your Autodesk software, do one of the following:
For Windows 10,
click the Windows Start menu
> Control Panel > Uninstall a Program (or Programs and Features) > View Installed Updates.
For Windows 8,
right-click the Windows Start screen (or use the swipe up gesture from the bottom edge while on the Start screen) > All Apps > Windows System
> Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall a Program > View Installed Updates.
For Windows 7,
click the Windows Start menu
> Control Panel > Programs and Features > View Installed Updates.
