Create Method (ObjectId, ObjectId)

Creates a new instance of a StructureProfileLabel on the center of a ProfileViewPart using the default label style.

profileViewId
Type: ObjectId
The ObjectId of the ProfileView in which the label is located.
profileViewPartId
Type: ObjectId
The ObjectId of the ProfileViewPart in which the label is located.
