Creates a user-defined property with a double data type.

Parameters

udpTypeInfo: Type: Autodesk.Civil.DatabaseServices.AttributeTypeInfoDouble
An AttributeTypeInfoDouble that defines the parameters for the new user-defined property.

guid: Type: System.Guid
the Guid for the user-defined property.

Remarks

When the guid parameter is Guid.Empty, a new GUID is automatically assigned to the user-defined property. Multiple UDPs can share the same GUID, however, the combination of the UDP name + GUID must be unique.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
System.ArgumentException	Thrown when the UDP identifier(name + GUID) is not unique.
