About Labeling Pressure Networks

Label styles can be specified for a pressure network when you create the pressure network, or you can label the pressure network after creating it.

By associating a pressure network with an alignment, you can also label the pressure network with station and offset information.

Default label styles and default settings for labeling pressure networks in profile view are specified in the Edit Settings - Pressure Network dialog box.

Use the Create Pressure Network dialog box to specify label styles for pressure networks in plan view as you create them. Use the Layout Settings tab of the Pressure Network Properties dialog box to change plan view label styles, and the Profile tab to change profile label styles.

Note: If you use a label style that contains a property that does not have a value defined for it in the part catalog, you may see question marks (???) in the labels or the labels may not show values (they may be blank instead of showing values). You can use the Catalog Editor (Autodesk.Aec.Content.CatalogEditor.exe, located in C:\Program Files\AutoCAD 2020\C3D) to edit the metadata for the parts and assign values, and then you can recreate the parts in the drawing so they will have these property values and can be labeled with them. Edits that are made to the data in the Catalog Editor are not applied to existing parts in drawings.
